In addition to sending and receiving text messages, audio notes, pictures and videos with your WorkBuddy, you will receive customized workplace conflict trainings. You will have the help and support of your WorkBuddy to apply these trainings to actual workplace conflicts. All communications with your WorkBuddy are confidential and fully encrypted.

Response Time: Your WorkBuddy is available to respond to messages during regular business hours (9am-5pm, MDT, M-F). Any message received outside of business hours will be responded to the next business day.
